This blog isn’t a real post like the past ones have been.


This is to make it as simple as it can be for weight loss and weight gain.


People think you have to eat the same thing everyday.


Yah you can.. but unless you want to get tired of a diet why would you?

This picture is pretty much like how I lay a diet out for you. I give you the main food I would like you to eat and substitutes that you can switch in.

But as you can see ... mostly all the foods in this picture are foods you can eat for weight gain or weight loss.

It really comes down to what you eat in terms of weight.. not what you are eating. The macros are roughly going to be the same.


This picture really proves it.


It comes down to your goals.


That is why you end up working with someone like me so we can lay out the plan for you and make it simple.
