If you need help.. that is why people like me are here - dontletanyone.com - https://www.facebook.com/dontletanyonepersonaltraining/
The amount of questions myself and probably others who are personal trainers/nutritionist/dietitian/etc about something someone read on the internet or social media are insane. But also most of us have tried half or all of these things
Just because you see a friend or celebrity or athlete doing something different than you does not mean you have to do it. Trust me... I’ve learned from that. I’m trying to help you now.
Nutritional plans and your nutrition can actually be very simple... however people are making it way too hard. Watch your sodium... don’t eat carbs... don’t eat fats... don’t eat red meat... don’t eat breakfast.. don’t eat at night... etc etc etc...
How and when and what are you suppose to eat when that is all the information you keep getting?
I am here to help! (Dontletanyone.com - dontletanyonept on Facebook) Much like others like me who chose this field. We know how easy this can be.
The picture I chose for the blog came from one of my favorite IG accounts (Cheatdaydesign).
They explain how easy you can make your nutrition instead of trying to make everything like a science experiment.
It doesn’t matter if you eat one or small meals. Calories are calories. However I would say eat more than once a day... because why would you only want to eat once? Eating is awesome.
How to lose weight? In calories deficit. You have to eat less than you should. Now that doesn’t mean eat 500 calories. It means probably eat 1700.
Drink plenty of water. Normally when you are hungry... you are thirsty. Drink a gallon a day!
No food is off limits if eaten in moderation (even sugar) ... eat the cookie if you want... (just take out another food that equals it)
Micronutrients aren’t key for weight loss... but very key for health issues. Get your vitamins in!
There is no perfect macro split.. 1/1/.5 might work you... but .8/.8/.5 might work for your best friend
You can eat before bed.. trust me it’s fine.. I’ve done it for 2000 straight days
Adequate fat intake is necessary... especially for females. Eat your peanut butter and guacamole .. it will help not hurt
Keto isn’t magic.. neither is Intermittent Fasting. Stop thinking it is... trust me.. I’ve done them.. eat your carbs.. they are really freaking good... also eat at 8am.. breakfast is really cool and good. 2000 calories from 8am to 10pm is the same as 2000 calories from 1pm-9pm... also Keto can be horrible for both males and females
You don’t have to track calories like budget to make progress... however much like budget.. it’s easier to not go over when you do track it
