Let me make this clear.

If you are not getting bloodwork done to see what is really wrong with you … you are really delaying your progress.

If you do not get bloodwork done.. you are working out and basically just putting a very tiny bandaid on potentially a massive bullet hole.

If you do not get bloodwork done… you maybe have a massive underlying condition that will make this journey very hard to over come.

I understand getting bloodwork may be scary to get. Some people don’t like the process.. some people don’t like needles.. some people can’t afford it.. some people just don’t deem it necessary.

Well. Coming from someone who knows what the process can mean to you if you get it done… go get it done.

It can give you the best baseline of what could potentially need to be fixed and why you are struggling to get the health and body you want.

But done just get any type of blood work done. You want to get a specific type of bloodwork panel pulled.

The comprehensive weight loss panel by life extension is notoriously known as the best one to pull.

Here are the things it will pull - sex hormones:

DHEA-S, Free and Total Testosterone, Estradiol (E2), Progesterone.

Thyroid Hormones - TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Free T3 Free T4 Reverse T3.

Stress hormones- Cortisol.

Insulin Resistance Markers - Insulin, Ferritin, Hemoglobin A1C

Information and General Health Markers - Complete Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, CBC (Complete Blood Count), Vitamin D 25-hydroxy, C-Reactive Protein (high sensitivity).

So as you can see it’s very detailed compared to that terrible panel your doctor will tell you to get.

If you wanna know why you get this panel done… listen to my podcast Everyone Has A Plan… or be sure to ask me!
