  1. Dave’s journey - And thank you for all your guidance and the keys. I’m super proud of you too, as everyone that’s near me can attest to, every time I felt like meh I’ll do it tomorrow, I’d say to myself and anyone willing to listen, y’all think coach is taking off today? If he’s working I’m working! It’s really pretty easy once ya get a routine, today I can’t stand missing a chance to get my time in. As you know and remember I’ve always been off and on in the gym but never had someone actually school me, someone to reach out to with questions and guidance which as you see in the pics you used, it’s something I needed so thanks a bunch again!

  2. Alex journey - While I was attending college from 2012-2016, I worked most of that time at the campus rec center. This really motivated me to be in the gym everyday working to better myself. I was in the best shape of my life. I have always very skinny, and it is extremely difficult for me to add weight. However, during this time, I was able to increase all of my lifts, improve my personal outlook on life and just be an overall better person and happier person. Fast forward to 2021 and I am now in probably the worst shape of my life. My career field I have to stay physically fit and get tested on it regularly. For the first time in my life, about 2 months ago, I failed a PT test by one point. I knew at this moment I needed to reach out and get some help to get me motivated to push myself again. It is safe to say that just in about a month in a half I have seen a huge increase in energy through better nutrition, I have never been a great eater. I have been happier and have already seen marked improvement in my overall fitness thanks to my friend and coach E Ramey. I met E when I worked at the rec center at the University of Cincinnati and there is no way I cold thank him for his work just in this short month and a half that he has been my coach. I look forward to knocking out this PT test when I get the opportunity to try again and if you truly want to increase your energy and live a happy and healthy lifestyle I suggest reaching out to E and seeing how he can help you. Thank you again E, I look forward to continuing working hard and pushing myself to be better.

  3. Taylor’s journey - If you want a trainer who is accessible and actually cares I could not recommend a better program than what DLA provides. Quick responses, detailed nutrition and training. They will make a program that works for you!
