Why do you think this is? Is it because of carbs? Is it because of fats? Is it because of calories?
Is it because you decided to eat one more almond than you were supposed to.
Is it because you only walked 8000 steps instead of 10000.
Or is it really because you weren’t ready to diet and now you have caused more issues than fixing those issues
What does it mean to be ready to diet?
Does that mean you wake up and you start dieting?
No it means a lot more than that. You should really think about a diet kind of like you would buying something or budgeting or something like that. You should have check list.
What are some things to have on that check list? Here are some examples:
Be willing to sacrifice a few things
How long do you want to do this?
What self care do you give yourself?
Have you dieted recently?
How long are you sleeping?
Are you avoiding protein or eating it?
Are you training?
Are you walking a lot?
How hungry are you really?
As you can see.. there is a lot to think about when it comes to really dieting instead of just saying you are.
Anybody can say they are dieting but really they are just trying to figure it out.
