This morning I was listening to one of my favorite podcasts, The Excellence Cartel.
They had an amazing guest on this episode, Sal Frisella. They are the President of 1st Phorm, one of the most known supplement companies in the world now.
He was explaining on the episode The Law of Attraction and how being true to yourself, focusing only on the problems within your control, and visualizing a life you want down to the details - are the fundamentals of attracting the people, places, events, and thins you want to experience.
“Fear is the default ruling mindset of many people today, and the law of attraction requires one to first step out of fear and into the idea that the universe gives infinitely if you put the right energy in”.
But at point Sal brings up a story from a plumber and how they deal with positive mindset. He said there is 3 buckets and that’s how.
Bucket 1: I can do something about it. What they are saying is that when something goes wrong or negative... you can control it and fix it. This is something you have the ability to make better and grow from.
Bucket 2: Cant do shit about it. This is for the majority of people. These are the people who want to control all the variables and thus let it control their emotional state. Life happens... you can’t control everything as much as you want. You have to be okay with some things.
Bucket 3: I can fix it... but it’s not worth it. You can try and try to fix the mindset of the people you are trying to gain when you currently are losing the people you have by spending so much time on the potential.
These three buckets are very important to understand because a lot of people are in bucket 2 and bucket 3. You can’t control everyone and not everyone is going to like you.
This was easily one of my favorite podcast episodes because Sal breaks it down so simple of you constantly focus on the problems you can’t control and the people you can’t fix.
I hope you enjoyed this!
