30 days to a better life

That’s all it will take to really make a massive change in your life. Yes a month seems like a really long time when you set out your journey. I understand that it seems scary. But as you have noticed in quarantine life.. 30 days goes really fast. In those 30 days, you will take 7 days to create a habit, 21 days to stick to that habit, and 30 days to develop a better lifestyle or habit forming self. In those 30 days, you will try to create a workout plan or cardio plan or meditation plan that you do daily. So what I am saying is, you do not have to go to the gym everyday to do cardio or workout. You could also have a day that is based on yoga or stretching or meditation. It could also be something fun like basketball or walking the beach. You will do something everyday for a week and then begin to create a process so you can do roughly the same thing for 14 more days. This will get you to 21 days. It is really hard to kick that habit after three weeks. However keep going for 9 more days. Once you get to 30 days, it is really hard to give up because of the progress and changes you have made in your life. This 30 days could also be not eating dessert, no alcohol, no smoking, no sugar, no going out, and more. This is something that will suck, but it will only suck because your mind is thinking you need those things to be happy, however when you begin to make a switch to a healthier life, you will realize that the other stuff can be something you can have occasionally. 30 days isn’t that long but when you begin to make a switch, it will feel like forever. Do not do something crazy like cutting everything out for 30 days because two weeks in, you will not want to keep going. That is why majority of people fail. They cut everything out for “30” days. Or so they think. They might go one or two weeks and something happens and they go right back to all those “addictions” or coping scenarios. I promise if you keep going, you only need 30 days to create a bette lifestyle. If you need help in that 30 days of creating a better lifestyle. Let’s work together!
