5 things you can do to lose weight today

  1. Just get moving. Get more steps in. It can be simple as trying to get double your steps in. Most of you are not walking enough.

  2. Get your water and food in. Most of you need to double up your water. Try to get your weight in oz or a gallon. Most of you are not eating enough! Most are actually under eating

  3. Get your resistance training in. Cardio is great but resistance training is the key to real weight loss. The more lean muscle you build the more calories you can burn.

  4. Get more sleep. The more deep sleep you decide to get, the more your body can be rested and allow it to recover. The better the recovery, the less stress on the body.

  5. Speaking of stress… try to minimize stress as much as possible. What that means is.. take 5 minutes to yourself, meditate, training smarter, minimize HIIT cardio, and just relax more.
