6 weeks to a new me

So today I am starting a 6 week shred/transformation challenge through Axe and Sledge supplement company.
I am not trying to win it by any means, but I am doing it to show you that full on dedication and following a plan will result in the progress you are wanting.
No alcohol, no cheat meals, no going away from the plan. I will start out eating roughly 400 carbs a day.
I will have a modified refeed day once a week where I will eat 500+ carbs a day.
I am doing this to show you that yes results will happen in a short amount of time , maybe not all the results you want.
That would be way too easy if we all saw results in 6 weeks and everyone would do it right?
So for the next weeks, I am going to show roughly daily what I eat, what I train, what I take supplement wise, and what I do on a daily basis so you can get can an understanding of why I recommend the tings I do.
My goal is to really lose a lb a week. I will track this the same way I did when I was gaining weight.
If I lose a lb a week... in 6 weeks.. I might lose 6 lbs. Let me explain that reason I said might. I might gain a lb of muscle as well in the next 6 weeks.. so I might only lose 5 lbs.
This is why I tell people to avoid the scale at all cost except for maybe once a week.
I only care about the recomposition of my body. I do not care about what my weight loss looks like because it won’t me feel better or worse.
I want to look show lean again for a week or so, just to have a better understandingly what my body and weight will look like.
