1. start with a small change. I’ve wrote many blogs now that explain this but one that really sticks out is stop trying for a marathon (https://www.dontletanyone.com/post/untitled) this is something you can start today. Just taking advantage of the little things can be so beneficial to you.
2. Workout - 15/30/45 mins whatever you can get in is better than nothing. A workout can be yoga or meditation to. Or it can be a quick run. It doesn’t have to be an hour of workout or cardio, just start by doing a little.
3. Eat breakfast... stop worrying about Fasting or IF or how you are going to be full for the day. If you need something just have a shake or something small. You gotta have breakfast.. most important meal of the day... serving it up Gary’s way...
4. Don’t buy junk food. Guess what you can’t eat if you don’t buy? Bad food. If you are going to go out and eat food or going to the store, pick something healthy, I promise you won’t regret it as much as the unhealthy option.
5. Eat dinner early. 5/6pm is a good time. You will be full for majority of the rest of the night and you won’t want that late snack that you can eat a whole package of.
6. Start your day with something sugary and sweet... no not the fun stuff.. fruits or nuts! Have protein shake, peanut butter, and a banana. You’ve got your sweet and sugary foods out of the way.
7. Eliminate the all or nothing. Another blog I wrote about this Is a big one! Win small daily (https://www.dontletanyone.com/post/untitled-1 ) you have to win small steps. Do not sweat when things go wrong.. they will.. just keep going!
8. Stay mindful - this is why I give you flexibility in hopes you will enjoy your food and enjoy your cheat meals. Stay mindful about the journey and the passion, you will enjoy it way more!
