9/10 of lazy people won’t do this

At 60+ years old... he was ready for a change.


He knew it was going to be a massive uphill battle do to time, age, and previous health.


He knew that life was not going the way he thought it would go after being “healthy” for so long.


Then one day.. he came to my competition and saw how some old guys were still competing in bodybuilding.


And then he looked at himself in pictures and wondered.. wtf am I doing?


So he contacted me and said let’s fix this.


I don’t care what it takes or what it cost or how long it is going to take.. I am tired of feeling like this.


So we got to work.. over a year we made some pretty cool changes. Got a shit ton of weight and fat loss off. Built some muscle that was missing.


He put in the work.. he listened to the diet.. he did the training ... he did the cardio.. and boom.. his results speak for themselves.


Why do I share how and why he made the change?


It’s because 9/10 of you are too lazy to make the change.


You will find every excuse to make a legit change in your life.


You would rather go about life living sick.. than living healthy ... because of this excuse or that excuse.


No I’m not saying you have to be perfect or go to gym 8 days a week.. or do hours of cardio.


No you just need to get moving... you need to start eating healthier.. you need to sleep more.. you need more water.


You need to start living healthy.. or you will continue to live sick.


What is more important to you?


Don’t worry I’ll be here waiting for when you finally say enough is enough and when the pain of being broken... is worse than the pain of starting out.


My friend Sally (I know she’s really smart right) shared something the other day. “Your body doesnt know what day of the week it is .. so that means you can get back on track any day or time”


Stop making the excuses.. stop Nanking things harder than they have to be.. stop being lazy for yourself and your friends and your family.


Find your why.. align it with your goals and actions and creating a lifetime of health and success.


Dad I am super proud of you.. because you weren’t lazy... now you fixed your health.. which means more days of golf and traveling together.
