Accountability isnt on you

Every week...

You tell yourself you are going to go to the gym.

You tell yourself you are going to eat healthy.


You tell yourself you are going to do cardio.


You tell yourself you aren’t going to cheat on your diet.


You tell yourself you aren’t going to drink.


You tell yourself today is the day.


However.. you haven’t really held yourself accountable have you?


You are just wishing these things would happen because pretty much your are just wishing and hoping.


So how can you get accountability off of you and get help?


You hire me.


I do weekly check ins to see how the past week went.


I respond 24/7 within the hour usually to get you a good response.


I give you a daily tracker so you can track your weight loss program while also checking to see how your body is responding.


I give you a diet plan but also give you the ability to switch up the diet by creating more than one.


I text or message you weekly to see how things are going.


You get a questionnaire that explains I’m not just going to give you a diet and hope for the best.


I keep you accountable by always being in your corner.

So as you can see .. accountability doesn’t have to fall solely on you.


I am here to hold you accountable because when you hire me as a coach.. you are hiring me to be accountable to help you.
