So you decided it’s time to finally go after what you want.


You decided that your life is finally at the point where misery does not need your company.


You decided that you are tired of feeling the way you are.

You decided that things aren’t going the way you thought they would at his point in your life.


So you decided today is the day you go all in and decide to change your life.


However your all in is:


  1. Keto diet

  2. Hours of cardio

  3. No strength training

  4. Starve yourself

  5. No supplementing properly

  6. Trying to diet by yourself

  7. Doing way too much HIIT

  8. Going round n round with weight gain and weight loss

  9. Crushing caffeine to stay awake

  10. Not recovering properly

  11. Not hiring a coach

  12. Not hiring someone to create a nutrition plan designed for you


So as you can see when you think you are All In... you are actually All Out ..


Because you run out of ideas.. you run out of patience.. you run out of will... and you run out of passion for fixing yourself.
