Yes this is post 100 on the Instagram.. holy wow.
But I wanted to follow up from the past two days post because this is something important to me.
Being 100% for yourself is the best thing you will ever do for yourself.
This allows you to know you are trying to be better for yourself, for your friends, for your family, for your kids, and just for the rest of your life.
I understand it’s tough to go 100% for yourself. But if you don’t even try.. you are just delaying your health changes for the rest of your life.
You are going 100% in the wrong direction and just staying 100% where you always will be.
You have to be willing to go after it because the 100% mentality to fix yourself .. allows you to know you actually give a shit about yourself.
If you are only doing it for someone else or a scale number.. you are not going 100% for yourself.
Be 100 for a few months and you will make up for years of being 100% against yourself.
Just think about all the time you have screwed yourself and destroyed yourself and caused yourself to be sick.
If you could change everything in 4 months by being 100%.. why would you give up so quickly?
100 means 100.. you can be less if you want.. but you will not get 100% of the results you deserve.
