Unless you are really trying to stress and hate the diet you are o and hate that you will have to focus 24/7 on a diet... do not try to be perfect.

For some of you .. I understand you want that weight loss to go super fast and super productive..

However if it goes super fast and productive and you hate it after a month.

Are you willing to sacrifice month after month?

I would highly doubt it. Do not try and be perfect with a diet. Be consistent with a diet at 80%.

Eat the cheat meal on the weekend. Eat the meal at the restaurant with your friends or family. Have the drink with your friends or family.

Yes you might only lose one lb a week or so instead of maybe two or even three.

But you’ll enjoy more food throughout the week. You’ll enjoy more fun foods here and there.

You will enjoy that diet more and more through your process. You will stay full through the day.

It is way more enjoyable to eat 2000 calories than it is to eat 1000 of nothing but meat and veggies... I’m looking at you Keto Diet ...

Being perfect is only necessary during a prep phase for a competition. Otherwise even someone like me who trains everyday and trains people...

Eats donuts or brownies every weekend because I know eventually I will have to be perfect but I would rather enjoy food and life right now.

If you need help!

Let’s work together!
