Become a more meaningful you

What do you do daily that makes you feel more meaningful?
What do you do in your life that you feel gives you a purpose?
What goals do you have that make you want to do more?
What have you went through or what could you go through that will give your life more meaning?
This is something I would say you need to begin to focus on when things start to get interesting or stressful.
Find ways to get more meaningful output in your life because it will make you feel better and a better person .
Three ways you could begin to have more a more meaningful life are:
Break down your focus. Stop trying to be good at everything and become good at one or two things. Those things will give you the meaning or purpose for you.
Pursue goals that help more than just you. That is the main reason I got into this personal training/nutrition/motivational space. I want to help you reach your goals and become a better person. I am here to help constantly and want to.
Embrace the struggle and sacrifice. Be okay with things that suck and that not everything will be perfect . You have to be willing to push forward.
