What are you doing today to become a better you?
Did you do anything this morning to make you better for the outcome of the day?
Did you do anything to increase your health?
Did you do anything to increase your happiness?
Did you go for a walk or go for a workout or do anything else to help with your fitness?
Did you respond to a friend or family member from the morning or day before? You have to keep those you want close.
Did you do anything to increase self love or greater pride in yourself?

You have to be willing to increase things. It doesn’t have to be everything but you need to focus on improving yourself self love and self pride.
You should be hyping yourself up everyday. Write down goals. Check them off. Reward yourself when you complete goals that better yourself. It can be as simple as half gallon of water.
You have to learn to love yourself and be happy with yourself. No one else can make you feel that way about yourself that you can.
Grow everyday , become a new you , become a healthier prideful lover of yourself.
You are who you are because that is what you choose! Create a better you each day and enjoy the little things in life!
