Become healthy when you “want” to be unhealthy

There are many things that you can do that you deemed healthy but are really unhealthy.


One of the notorious ones is constantly weighing yourself and changing things daily instead of staying the course.


Your weight has no reflection on you or how you should feel or anything. You are becoming obsessed with an unhealthy idea.


Become obsessed with being healthy instead of unhealthy by focusing on how you feel and look.


Weight is like a bank account in my opinion. If you judge yourself based on what you have in, you are never going to be happy. However the day you accept that what you have you can change is when you become better off.


If you say to yourself I’m unhappy with this weight, you are going to struggle to really keep going when things go bad.


However if you say I am unhappy with where I am currently.. each little thing you do is an improvement.


You could lose inches, fat, etc and never lose an oz if you are gaining some muscle as well. However you and others will notice that you are “losing weight”


Becoming obsessed with the scale is much like becoming obsessed with certain foods. If you only look at foods as a negative, you will never be able to enjoy them. However work until you can enjoy them again and they taste just that much better.


You have to become obsessed with the healthiness if yourself over the unhealthy things. Becoming unhealthy in regards to weight and food so is so easy because you want things now. Become okay with process... get your data ... become healthier along the way .... and for gods sake.. don’t judge yourself.. just keep going.
