Biggest struggles I see in new clients

I get that when you wake up on that fateful day and you decide enough is enough..
You maybe think today is the day I’m going to start and make a change.
However if you haven’t ever really done this or have been doing this wrong for a few months on your own..
You are going to have some struggles. These struggles may cause you to feel like you are lost.. so here are some to help you feel prepared.
You want to lose too much weight too fast. This just doesn’t happen. You could lose a decent amount of weight at first but that will slow down.
You came to me eating a very low calorie or restrictive diet. This is a struggle because we could cause some digestive issues and we will actually need to reverse diet you up most likely so you “may” gain weight.
“I don’t have the time to go to the gym like you do” well.. you won’t .. we actually will probably start at 3/4 days a week for like 45 mins a day
“I can’t every two hours or the same thing everyday” well that is why you have someone create a diet for you and create food options for you.
Giving up on one month. I can’t make you love yourself or be happy after one month. But you can be happy with the progress you made. The biggest struggle is being okay seeing the minimal progress and being okay with it.
Being new is rough because unless you are young… your new life has come with the some long term reasons.
So the struggle will be there but that is why you get some help.
