I understand your friend or your family or google or someone like Dr. Oz told you that this is the best diet in the world.


You’ve been told by multiple people or post that I did this or that and I lost a ton of weight.


You’ve googled and searched everywhere on social media or asked anyone you’ve ever met who has lost weight what they have done to lose weight.


Usually everyone who lost weight thinks they have became a guru on it and will give their advice because it worked for them.


However usually what happens is.. they just went into a calorie deficit compared to what they needed to and never exactly did a specific diet and now they have either hit a plateau or even worse..


they gained weight back because they are not in a calorie deficit anymore.


All diets that you find online will work if you are in a calorie deficit.


Keto, vegan, paleo, low carb, moderate carb, carnivore, etc... can all work as long as you are in a calorie deficit.


Not one diet is better than the other. Stop thinking there is only one way to lose weight because it’s what google said.


I will never understand why you would want to only eat a special diet and cut out pretty much everything you love.


You can lose weight and still eat carbs and calories.. trust me. And if you are smart and/or work with someone.. you could actually eat more food than you usually do and still lose weight...


A reverse diet could actually be super beneficial for you and you are blocking that idea out because someone told you keto is the only way you can lose weight.


This is why you get someone to create a calorie deficit for you.. why you get someone to create a reverse diet for you... why you get someone to help you!
