Cant eat calories and lose weight

What if I told you that was a super huge myth?


What if I told you that you could actually eat more calories than you probably are right now and lose weight?


What if I told you that you could eat more calories than you currently are and begin to fix some of your health problems.


Constantly putting your body in full on stress mode will not allow you to really lose the weight you want and get the body you want.


Putting your body in a severe caloric deficit is actually putting your body in as much stress as possible in my opinion.


This has been my diet for the last two months and my body has finally adjusted to it and I’ve began to lose weight.


Nothing crazy by any means, few oz here and there. I’m not dropping lbs everyday.


But however I am only working out 5 days a week, zero cardio, walking around 10000 steps a day, drinking 2 gallons of water a day, and sleeping 7-8 hours a night.


Stop believing that you can’t eat carbs or calories to lose weight. I just recently planned out my macros to change to 240/350/80 in the next couple weeks to drop a few oz.


That is only a 290 calorie deficit from this diet. So I’ll go from 3363 to 3073.


So I’ll still be eating over 3000 calories and 300 carbs and still lose weight.


Stop believing that the names of things you eat are causing the problems.. it’s the overeating of those things and putting your body in a caloric surplus or even worse it’s the under eating of those things and putting your body in full on stress mode.
