What does this mean?
Well as you can see the picture explains it perfectly.
You eat the proper food/supplements during the week to fuel you through the week and the workouts that you are going to do.
You use that food to lose weight, gain muscle, go longer, do more weight, do more cardio, just be more!
Then on the weekend you use that same fuel to power you through the first 50%/75% of the day... then the fun begins.
You’ve worked your ass off and we’re smart (boring some would say ha...) from Sunday morning until Saturday night... now time for the enjoyment!
Have the beer. Have the dessert. Have the burger and the fries. Have pretty much whatever.. it kinda depends how bad you think you’ll feel the next day in my opinion.
Enjoy the finer things in life.. in my opinion there aren’t many things better than a Five Guys Double Bacon Cheeseburger with a Large Cajun Fry.... and a cookie/milkshake/brownie after a great week of working out and eating the proper foods and then having a good workout on A Saturday .. because you know what is about to go down!
Now once you get into a consistent routine with this... you’ll notice you are still losing weight/gaining muscle/feeling better/becoming a better you... all while still being able to enjoy the fun things and not cutting them out completely.
Keep consistent and take back what is yours. You don’t have to give up everything to get what you want.. be happy and take back what you lost.
Take back the you that you loved and were proud of ... all while still enjoying the life you want. Just be smart about it. You can still eat out.. just be smart about the choices you go after.. then on a Saturday or Friday... enjoy the food/life you want.
