Have you ever sat around and wondered what would if... blank blank blank...


Many do this daily especially if you have high anxiety or stress.


Why would you realistically care about something that could happen or could not happen?


As the picture for this blog shows... 99% of the harm in your life is caused directly by you. Now this isn’t true for everyone and I’m not saying what you aren’t thinking or feeling isn’t real. I’m just saying that you are in control of that and you are letting it get out of control the more it goes.


1% of the harm that actually happens is reality. Something you probably didn’t even think was going to happen or didn’t even plan to happen. So as you thought about everything.. or so you thought... the reality will come at you with something else.


You will notice this as you stress about something over and over.. then get the actual news. You’ll notice the reality might have been worse or better and you never even thought of that.


This is why GOOD by Jocko is one of my favorite videos or podcasts because when you think things are going bad.. stop thinking so negative and stop thinking about what could happen.


You can’t control what is going to happen.. you can only control with how you react to it.


You will think more about the problem and how it will effect you more than how the problem actually is effecting you.


You have to be understanding that you can’t control anything and everything and thinking about stuff constantly is going to ruin your day.


Control the controllables in your life.


Be okay with things that happen... even when they are the worst. Because then you can fight for more.
