Decide not to fail

The other day Jason Theobald (Scooby Prep/Nuethix) shared this amazing post on their Instagram story and it quickly became one of my favorites.
Failure isn’t something that can just happen or something that should happen.
This is because failure can only happen when you decide that you can’t go on anymore... that you quit... that you failed.
If you never decide that you have failed.. you can still keep going.
You are still trying to find a way to improve. You are still trying to find a new way. You are still improving.
This can be huge in a weight loss/weight gain/running training/work life balance/new career etc...
You have to be okay with just keep going for a little. Failure isn’t something that just will magically happen. You have to force it to happen.
I always make the joke that weight loss and working out are two things you can’t fail at. Those are two things you quit.
Would you rather fail or quit?
You have to decide what you want is more important than deciding to fail.
Failing is not something you’d realistically want to have happen on your journey of whatever it is. Even if you hit 70% or 80% of your goal.. that is not failure.
Failure is when you decide 0% is better than 50%. This is something I am here to help with. I will not allow you to fail but I can’t prevent you from quitting.
As long as we work together.. you will not fail.
