Destress your life little by little

Life gets a little crazy sometimes doesn’t it?
Or life is always a little crazy?
Is that because it’s a constant battle of busy or time management?
Or is it because you are doing nothing to fix your stress and you are just letting it build and build?
Stress is a lot like weight gain in my opinion.
The more you ignore it, the easier it is to let us gain.
You have to find ways to deal with the stress even if it’s just little ways.
Stress can cause way more problems than just giving you a head ache.
Attached in the photo is a few ways to try and destress your life.
Some of the ways are:
Avoid caffeine, alcohol , or any nicotine. I understand that all three of these might seem like a solution at the time... but that’s all it is. You are riding a roller coaster with stress when you use those three to try and cure the stress.
Get out and do something. Endorphins are a great thing to gain when you are feeling stressed. Runners high and working out feeling are real things
Get to sleep. If you are stressed, take time to relax and get some sleep. It will help you the next day.
Relax and meditate if you can. If you can find 5 minutes to yourself just try and relax and do some deep breath work.. it is amazing what it will do for you.
Talk to someone. If you are feeling stressed constantly, reach out to someone and talk. It’s better to get it out.
Keep track of your stressors and try to limit the amount of time they can come after you. If you know something is causing you stress, try to avoid as much as possible .
Take control of the situation. If you can control the stressor. Do that as well. Learn to be in control of the stress and your life.
Manage your time. Learn to break form and control the aspects of time in your life. Realize how to get the time to be better.
Learn to say no. If you are constantly saying yes and constantly stressed, learn to say no and be fine with yourself!
If you feel ill or off.. take time to yourself and rest!
