Do you wing it and hope a time will work best for you?
When it comes to your day, if you saw a scheduled workout all day on your calendar wouldn’t it be harder to skip ?
If you scheduled a workout with a friend, it would be way harder to cancel on them than yourself.
That is why personal training at a gym is still a thing.
People find it very hard to give up on someone they constantly see.
Same thing, if you schedule a lunch with someone for work… it would be hard to skip.
I have my gym time scheduled everyday I workout .. even though I know I’m going, when I look at my calendar and see it.
I know it’s go time because it’s right there.
When you begin to hold yourself more accountable.. it’s really hard to give up.
