Does this diet work?

Jeeze the amount of times I get asked that about random diets or even the ones I assign to you... I can’t even count that high.


All diets work in my opinion.


It’s just depends on which one you like and which one you think works.


A diet plan is much like a workout plan in my opinion as well. There is no magic diet or no magic plan that will cause you to gain weight or lose weight.

The best diet and the best workout is the one you love and the one you can stick to longest.


I have eaten the same thing for over two years now and I will never get bored of it because I love it and I love mixing seasonings into and making different dishes.


You have to become okay with bland food and making it taste good. Chocolate Protein shake and peanut butter taste exactly like a Reese’s in my opinion.


Beef, rice, and broccoli taste exactly like Korean bbq food when you load up the sauce on it.


You just have to be willing to make the diet work. You don’t have to eat the same thing everyday and the same time.. however that is best in my opinion and that’s just based on my experience.


Diets work if you make them work.. the problem is you are too willing to give up after two weeks.


The diet and the workout will work.. just keep going!
