Don’t be so hard on yourself

I will never understand why you would be so hard on yourself if you think you are failing.
You can’t be hard on yourself. If you do something.. you winning.
You are just setting yourself up for more failure if you treat yourself hard.
We all have things that come up... we all can’t be 100%.. we all will have failures... we all have days where things just didn’t work as planned.
You just have to get up.. dust yourself off... and keep going.
You have to be willing to just keep going and do something. The only time you are not progressing is when you give up.
The detrimental talk you can do to yourself is going to cost you your progress more than doing the work will.
Ask for help the day you get stuck... move more.. go to the gym when you can... make the gym or make your walk an enjoyment not a punishment.
Work your way back to what you love not what you hate. You can do enough... enough is good enough for you... always remember that.
