I promise you... it’ll be worth it.


I understand things get in your way. Whether it’s work, family, relationship, pandemic, money, time, etc


Things will always be in your way. But please don’t give up.


If you work with me or any other trainer, we are not going to give up on you, so please don’t give up on us or on yourself.


You have to be willing to get past the first rough patch of weight loss. This stuff sucks at first. Trust me.. I’ve done it a lot.


But please just keep going .. everyday is a chance to improve. If you give up in a month .. you will never progress. You will go back to your starting point.


You started this because you wanted to see the results you are looking for.. you can’t just give up.. you have to keep trying.


Trainers are there to be with you for the long haul. We communicate with you weekly and sometimes daily.. to try and get you to stay motivated. We can’t force you to constantly go but trust me.. we are there to go with you.


Please don’t give up.. try for 12 weeks. If you can make it 12 weeks I promise you that you will be so happy you stuck it out.


4 weeks is not enough time to create the real routine needed or to create the real results you wanted. You have to keep going and not give up on yourself.


So if you want to work with me or any other trainer.. please sign up and please don’t give up. We are here to help. We understand the struggle of starting but we also see the benefit of continuing to go!
