Dont just do it for you

When I first started writing these blogs I wrote one called “Find someone to go with you”.


It had to do with finding a friend or family member or significant other to join you in this journey.


This blog is a bit of a follow up to it.


Every time my dad wants to potentially put in the work he always says “what would coach do”.


He knows that this is motivation to him because he knows I am not being lazy either.


He knows that I am doing everything I can to constantly improve myself because I know he believes in me.


That is what this blog is about though.


People believe in you to change your life and improve your health.


People want you to improve your health whether they are verbally telling you or not.


People are counting on you to continue your health journey because they might be following along.

When you set out on this journey .. your friends or family or significant other are counting on you to improve.


They want you to improve just as much as you want to because they see the benefits that come with it.


So when you decide to change ... don’t just do it for you. You have people counting on you and wanting you to change .. show them what you can do!
