I love how blunt and just straight up about fat/weight loss Jordan Syatt is.
He makes it so simple to lose weight that you really can’t mess it up.
Which he actually has a video/post called you can’t fuck this up.
Really losing fat or weight is so simple and easy.
We just fit into our heads we have to have a name around the diet or we watched too many videos of this or that is better.
Or you watched something Dr. Oz or someone else said to take that they got paid a lot of money to tell you to.
Jordan Syatt posted this video a long time ago but it still sticks with when it comes to losing weight.
Obviously this isn’t the key to seeing your abs again or seeing the weight you had years ago.
However this is the perfect start to your journey if you don’t want to track macros or follow everything to an exact.
The 1,2,3 method is really simple.
1, 2, 3 method is: 1 big ass salad a day, two pierces of fruit a day, and three bottles of water a day.
How hard does that seem?
Not hard at all.
Start with that. Then add in walking. Add in protein. Add in more walking. Add in some gym time. Add in more walking.
