Eat more lose more

Usually when I plan out a nutrition plan for a client.. I will get questioned as if it is too many calories to eat in a day.


So let me get this straight... you went from eating nothing and not losing weight... now I am going to get you to eat more so you can lose weight/fat and you don’t want to do that?


If you are struggling to lose weight.. my assumption is that you are under eating and over training.


So what if I was to feed you up and get you to lose weight by eating more, wouldn’t you want that?


So what if I was to give you more food and tell you that you did not need to go to the gym for two hours every day and could spend more time with friends, family, dog, cat, or significant other... wouldn’t you want that?


If I give you something to follow... there is a method to the madness.


You asked me to help you. You reached out to me to help you. You were struggling and needed help. You thought you knew better but now you are not sure.


Yet when I give you what will work.. you want to do what you want or what you were doing prior... isn’t that how we got to this point?

I used to think I was smarter than coaches and people on podcasts... until I realized I am just stubborn.


Now I train less... eat more.. and am staying lean and gaining more muscle. Because my body is finally happy with me and how it should be reacting.


If I put your training lower or calories higher.. it’s because I see and know that is what you need. If you disagree that is fine.


If you gain weight when I switch that program for you and then when your body finally reacts to it when we switch to calorie deficit and you lose more weight than you were prior... then we are successful together.


The real question is... are you going to eat more and lose more? Are you going to be coachable? Are you going to be okay with this process or are you a one month fix?


Will you do whatever I ask?
