This is my health journey and where I’ve been in my life when it comes to health .


When it comes to this podcast it’ll explain how I’ve dealt with being overweight being skinny not being able to get in the right muscle that I thought I should.


And how I completely destroyed my body throughout the years


It goes through my high school career of being a three sport athlete and costly cutting wait for football and wrestling and baseball and getting it for those sports as well.


It also goes through my freshman year of gaining about 50 pounds after I graduated high school and then actually losing some weight due to a viral disease and really putting my health in question.


I didn’t explain how I began to lose a ton of weight for spring break by basically doing a no calorie diet and working out like crazy and destroy my body and become and skinny fat.


Bennett moved into my first prep phase and my second and third prep phase of competing and where I thought I knew what I needed to do to lose the weight and gain the muscle and actually I would destroy my body more. But prior to that I had gotten in a car wreck and actually been paralyzed on my right side of my body.



This all lead to eventually me getting ready to prep for my fourth and fifth but prior to that I really wanted to see how my health was doing.


Well turns out it was very bad.


I had massive thyroid and cortisol problems, I was gaining fat instead of losing it, I had serve low T, and I was just not in optimal health.


This podcast brings this all to life.
