Fitness myths were you too dumb to believe pt 3


You were too dumb trealize how dumb these myths were..


Why?


Read through and I’ll tell you at the end.

1. If I do cardio, I can eat what I want. (Please don’t think this... you can do cardio for an hour and maybe lose 350-500 Cals... that is basically a normal meal.. not a cheat meal with drinks)


2. If I go to the gym, I can eat what I want. (again... please don’t do this .. I don’t care how much you go to the gym or how hard you think you train... if you undereat or over eat... you are going to stay fat)


3. You must feel something from your preworkout. ( you really don’t... you actually don’t even need pre workout. Coming from someone who has tried every pre... you can get same lift from aminos or coffee.. that you can from high stim pre.)


4. Creatine will make you too muscular. (Creatine will help you build and repair muscle. It keeps it full. But it also helps with recovery, brain fog, fat loss, and more)


5. You have to be perfect with your diet. (No.. enjoy a cheat meal. A piece of chicken at a rest is the same at your house .. eat the sushi .. eat the burger.. be 80/20%)

6. You have to do to challenges to lose weight. (Please don’t do this thinking this will be sustainable... yes you will lose weight.. it’s a new thing .. But unless you fix everything and continue it.. the weight will come back)


7. This diet worked for them so it should work for me. ( a macro calculator is not the same as a nutritionist... keto doesn’t work for everyone .. let alone at all in my opinion..work with someone and let them set it up!)


8. More reps equals for more muscle.( it can but you better train your ass off to do that.. if you are lifting light weight a bunch of times and not feeling anything.. good luck)


9. More reps equals more calories burned. (also the same thing.. if you aren’t working your ass off during those reps.. it isn’t burning more calories.. I don’t care what your phone or watch says)


10. Intermittent fasting is the GOAT of fat loss. (please stop thinking this is the GOAT of fat loss.. it can help but tbh it only really helps if you can’t stop eating or you have a terrible digestive system.. intermittent fasting does not mean you can eat what you want during a 8hr window)


You were too dumb to realize how dumb these myths were..because I was as well.


I believed everything I was sold.


I listened to so much bullshit. I bought into so much bullshit. And that is what I want to change! I want to fix things for you.
