I’m not saying this has to be a complete lifestyle fix. I’m not saying you have to never do any of these again.


I’m not saying you can’t even think about these things after the month is up. But there are more holidays for awhile so today is a good day to start a new you


From today on until the end of the month.


Do not drink sodas, sugary drinks, or alcohol. Focus on water and zero calorie drinks (Mio, crystal light, Gatorade zero, diet soda, etc). If you going to have one of the three items listed above, be smart.


Learn to eat more wheat flavored bread options, avoid white bread as much as possible.


Learn to eat more natural meats, do not buy processed meats (gross)


Learn to eat healthier snacks or make protein related snacks. Avoid any candy, high carb/fat snack bars.


Learn how to eat foods without adding too much fat. I get … salad taste better with ranch.. baked potato taste better with butter… etc, add a little if you are.


Food for this month has one purpose now. Fuel you and your new life. Use the protein and the carbs to fuel you to get moving more. Get to the gym more. Be more active. Eat healthy but make it taste good.


Get protein on the go. Get protein powder, protein shakes, cans of tuna, etc. Eat chicken or fish for dinner.


Keep eggs on hand. Eat them for breakfast, take them with you, make them for dinner, etc.


Learn to like Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. Your body and your gut will thank you.


Learn to like fruits and veggies. They are super important trust me (I used to hate them)


Learn to eat breakfast.. stop thinking fasting is going to solve your problems. Eat some oatmeal.. eat Kodiak cakes.. eat some eggs.. drink a shake… I don’t care but eat breakfast.


Learn to start with three meals a day , with a snack.. then move to three meals and two snacks. Don’t stuff yourself but get full. Eat protein and carbs before and after a workout.


Do this for one month and this is will begin to change your life.


Make a commitment for one month and I guarantee you won’t regret it.
