Get more work done

The statement on the picture for this blog is very misleading in my opinion.


But at the same time it is very real and something you may need to understand in different aspects.


If you only did work on the days you feel good. Whether that was hit your workout, get everything done at work, hit your nutrition, hit your cardio, get all the chores done, and etc..


How much work would you actually get done? Do you think you would get the same amount done if you started to do work on days you “don’t feel good”?


Sometimes you have to push through on the days things didn’t go exactly as planned.


Sometimes you just need that extra thing in your life to fix your day. That used to be the gym for me... until I realized that is what was killing me at the same time.


Now that has been spending more time with Sams and friends and just being outside more.


So I am actually getting more done on days that I “don’t feel good” it’s just a new way of getting things done.


I am focusing more on my education, Sam, friends, extra work, and just becoming a better me.


So even though the picture says you basically have to work everyday and never take days off even when you feel like shit... the way I look at it is.. you should work everyday..


But however some of those days should be getting work done on yourself.


Take a walk, get a massage, go to the park or beach, go on a vacation, go hang with friends, or just meditate.


The days you don’t feel good... you still need to do some work.. it just needs to be smarter work.


Your mind and body will thank you so much.


So you need to get things done on the days you don’t feel good... but however .. it doesn’t need to be the work you typically do.


It needs to be more for you!
