Too many people are sitting around doing nothing.


You can’t sit around all day.


You have to move.


Even if it’s for a minute every thirty minutes.


You are only causing yourself harm by sitting around all day.


Today I created a daily/weekly/monthly challenge for my students to hopefully get them moving more.


But now I want to challenge you.


For my clients I always tell them to walk 5000 to 8000 steps a day. That is so easy to do.


You can get 5000 steps in one day with no problem if you just move around.


Sitting all day is doing way more harm to you than you think.


Just get up and get moving.
