Grin and bear it or smile and change it

Life gets rough at times. Life can throw a lot of curveballs at you. Hell for the last year that’s all it’s been doing to us.


You can either grin and bear it. You can either just be okay with it. You can either just stay stagnant or be fine with where you are at. You can make no changes to your emotional, physical, or mental life.


You can just continue to go day by day and be fine with how things “might” change. How we decide to look at a situation will determine how or when it will change.


This is why other people smile and change it.


You can look at any situation as I’m going to kick it’s ass and show it who is boss.


You can look at your physical life and say this is the time I am going to change my life finally. I am going to get the results I need.


You can look at your mental life and say I am finally going to take control of this and change things for me.


You can look at your emotional life and say I am going to block out all the negativity around me and become a better person and enjoy the things that make me happy.


It starts with one day.


You begin to work with a trainer or a friend or family member to change things in your life.


If we work together you will notice that. I will work with you on stress and sleep and other things in your emotional and mental state before we will really focus on your physical life.


This is because we both need to smile and change it. We need to fix the root of the problems and everything else will fall into place.


So are you going to grin and bear where your life is and is going? Or are you going to smile and change it and start becoming the person you want?
