High cortisol (stress) and how to “fix” it

With this being close to move in week... my stress and cortisol levels should be sky high... but I’m as cool as the other side of the pillow because I monitor how I feel during my day and my workouts.
I never put myself past my breaking point especially when it comes to working out. I workout to hit the maximum potential not to try and destroy the body. I meditate twice a day. I have been taking an amazing pill called cort-eaze from NuEthix (Ramey10 for discount, take it... you won’t regret it!!!)
I have started watching my caffeine intake and watching my adrenals. I haven’t had a cup of coffee in almost a month. I cut out almost all my caffeine besides the little but in my fat burner because I am prepping.
I am taking essential aminos with salt to keep my mind functioning at its highest rate (think about keto mind) , this has been my fuel for the last month especially.
I haven’t limit the stress surrounding me and not allowing things to set me off or get to me. I stay as relaxed as possible and realized I can’t control how things happen or how people react to what I’m doing. I have realized you can only control what YOU CAN. When you realize that, it’s so much easier not to care.
I have been using carbs to my advantage. My carbs have been all centered around my workouts and not when I’m just sitting around doing nothing. Plus I am using a glucose disposal agent called GDA-Max by you guessed it.. NuEthix (Ramey10 again) this will keep your insulin in check and allow you to use those carbs for good.
The last thing that I’ve done to really focus on my cortisol levels and how I react is really focusing on my sleep. I get at least 7.5/8 hours per night and it’s great deep sleep thanks to another NuEthix’s product called Relax. It’s basically melatonin on steroids ha. 30 mins after you take it.. you are out like a light.
As you can tell... I feel amazing and my recovery and my mind is proving it!
If you have any questions please reach out! Because you really need to start watching your stress and cortisol.
I hope you enjoyed this!
