What now?


You set a realistic goal or you finally have stopped losing weight after a great month...


Now what?


Now it is time to dig deep and keep going. It’s time to develop a new goal.


It’s now time to cut your calories a little more and get you back into a deficit instead of a maintenance.


You can’t just give up because you hit that first goal or got stuck after a month.


That is the worst thing you can do because now you can gain that weight back quickly or even more.


I promise you.. you won’t regret making a new goal or going past your plateau.


Dig deep and please keep going. Most people give up as soon as they hit three two things.

Be part of the small amount of people that just keep going. The hardest part of a 90 day transformation is the first month. Just dig a little deeper.


Reward yourself but set a new goal. Don’t be satisfied with minimal results. Set a new one and go crush that one.
