With May being Mental Health Month.. I will be sharing another post of how you can support yourself or others facing mental health challenges.
This post is to show you things you can say to someone who might be going through a difficult time or mental health challenges.
These are five very important things you can say and be a supportive friend, family member, coworker, or etc.
I’m here to talk when you need someone to listen. This will open the door to them without pressuring them to share on the spot. This shows you care but you aren’t forcing them.
We haven’t had a chance to have fun together lately. This is especially true in the last year. Check in on your friends.. it’s been a long year. Show you still care.
Maybe we can side by side through this. You don’t have to be the fixer.. just be there for them. Always.
You are important to a lot of people. This reminds people that people care about them and they mean a lot to someone. They are positivity to someone’s life.
I believe in you. This is a very important one especially after what I wrote yesterday. If you around negative.. it’s really hard to fix yourself.
