How does your weekend go?

So you were perfect from 7am Monday morning until 7am on Saturday morning.


Then you went to brunch with some friends... then you had a decent lunch at the house... then you went to dinner... then you went out with your friends and had some drinks.


So you were in a caloric deficit for the first five days.. now you over ate and now you are in a caloric surplus or a maintenance.


Do you see why eliminating certain foods or certain days of eating.. aren’t exactly going to be the best idea?


Just because you did “keto” for five days does not mean you can go and eat everything on the weekend.


Just because that pop tart is seen as bad.. doesn’t mean you can have one each day if you were really smart about it.


Stop trying to limit the days you eat bad .. and start being smart for 7 days at a time.


You can eat a perfect amount of calories for the week and lose .5lbs calories which is actually a good week.. and then ruin it on just Saturday. Then you think you need to cut everything on Sunday.


No just get back on the train and enjoy a little extra food on a Saturday and still stay in a caloric deficit.


Just because someone says you can have a cheat meal or a free meal (much better way to say it) doesn’t mean you have to eat enough for two people.


A burger and some fries should be good enough... but you think because you are healthy.. it needs to be dessert and drinks and Everything else.


Just be smart with your daily intake and enjoy a little extra food on the weekends but stay in that caloric deficit and you’ll still lose weight.
