How I can Increase Your Calories and Help You Lose 20 plus Lbs

So I learned a very cool process a while ago thanks to one of the coolest/smartest people I’ve met John Gorman.


He calls it the “unicorn” process.


Because it’s some unicorn shit that you can lose a ton a of weight by eating more and more and not having to do long rounds of cardio.


No I’m not going to tell you exactly how to do this or how I set it up.. because otherwise you wouldn’t need me.


But This is something I’ve been using on one of my clients for awhile now and they are already down 10 lbs.


We’ve increased their calories and not changed the cardio from the originally plan and yet the weight is still dropping.


Their energy is through the roof. They are sleeping better. They are eating sushi every weekend. They only spend an hour in the gym.
