What is up everybody!
Today I am releasing episode #4 of the Everyone Has A Plan podcast.
This episode was really special to me because I got to lay out how I fixed myself and all the health problems I have had over the years.
This goes through all the supplements I have taken to fix things such as gut health, adrenals, high cortisol, depression, low testosterone, and more.
This podcast goes through in detail of how each thing took some time to fix and how each thing is pretty relative to each other.
I explain how thyroid is connected to cortisol, adrenal, low testosterone, and gut health. And this actually works vice versa.
This is something you should listen to if you have any of these problems because you’ll be able to see that it takes time but it is possible.
I want you to understand that it can’t be fixed at the same time. It can’t be fixed in a months time. It can’t be fixed and then go back to normal life because it will appear again.
If I jumped right back into 7 days a week working out and cardio everyday , with some of that being HIIT... my test would drop again, my thyroid would be messed up, and my gut would be messed up again.
This podcast will allow you to see how I am going to fix you abs the health problems you might have.
I have reason behind my madness of telling you “hey take a rest day”, “hey eat more calories”, and “turn off your phone and breathe more”.
I know this because I destroyed my body with stress and I do not want that for you.
I don’t want you to think that medication is the only fix... it is not. Diet, stress, training, and supplementation can help you!
That is why I explain the intra workout process. Drink the carbs... they are sooooo good for you. Drink the salt.. it will make your body and mind love you more.
