If you wanted to lose 20 lbs and I told you I can guarantee you that you would but it would take you 4 months or I would pay you $100... would you take that bet?


To be honest... no you wouldn’t because you wouldn’t want to take 16 weeks to make you a healthier person.


Everybody wants a shortcut to get to their progress quicker.


Everybody wants a shortcut to reach their goals quicker.


Everybody wants a shortcut to hit their potential quicker.


“I want this but I don’t want to do (blank)” is a very normal thing I hear.


“What can help me reach this (blank) quicker?”


You know what is the best shortcut or the best way to get to your goal or reach your potential?


It’s by doing the hard stuff you really don’t want to do.

The more you switch your goal or progress or plan or whatever it is.. the more you are delaying how long it will take you to get there.
