How to cope with stress

This past week I ordered my favorite supplement I’ve probably ever taken. It’s called Relax from NuEthix Formulations. It helps me sleep and recover and grow better than anything I think I’ve ever had.


The reason I love it so much though is because it makes me relaxed and able to sleep better than I ever have.

The pdf explains the many effects stress has on the body. It explains the supplements they offer to help fix it and what those specific supplements do.


However there is a section in there of how to fix things naturally and free. These are the spots I am going to focus on. Again I can’t thank the NuEthix team enough for sharing this.


1st. You need to get your body in a parasympathetic state as much as you can. I understand stress will be there, push it away! Ways you can do this: start your day with a walk, walk the dog, walk with a friend, and focus on deep breathing in and out of your nose. Your body will be primed first thing!


Stole going so dang hard in the gym! If you over do it or over train or do too much HIIT, your Central Nervous System never has a chance to recover. Slow down, enjoy the gym, and do not kill your self. I promise your body will respond better.


Drop your training. If this means dropping to 2-3 days a week to recover more and get your body primed, this is what you may have to do. You’ve heard you can’t outwork a bad diet... well you can’t outwork a terrible workout program either.


Work on meditating. Try 5-10 minutes at a time. Let’s meditate or breathe are good ones. Try in morning or at night instead of social media or Netflix.


Spend more time outside. Enjoy the little things. Don’t worry about running 10000 steps.. walk 10000 steps and enjoy the woods, animals, and just the fresh air.


Check the worst thing... the work/life balance. What could you cut out or what could you change about it? Could you leave 30 mins earlier? Could you make food in the morning instead of getting to office 30 mins earlier? Could you wake up earlier? Could you walk at lunch instead of work?


Could you become a better thinker? Do you only think negative? Do you want to improve or do you want to stay the same?


How is your nutrition? Is it shit.. does it cause you to feel like shit? Find more natural foods.. I promise you’ll feel better. If your body is stressed.. how can your mind not be stressed?


Hey you... please sleep! I promise your Netflix and social media will be there tomorrow. Sleep will help you deal with stress and make you more relaxed.



Basically what they are saying and what I am saying now is.. stop being stuck in FLIGHT OR FIGHT... you’ll never win.
