Win small daily

You have to begin to focus on the small wins daily. You can’t expect to win a week or a month if you aren’t accomplishing what you could that day. Winning small could be progress in the gym whether that is 5 extra lbs on a lift, waist went down 1 inch, you lost .5lbs, you did 5 min extra minutes of cardio. Stop thinking that small progress doesn’t count. It sure as hell does. It’s your mind and your body showing you it does. That’s why I think writing down your lifts, your measurements, your cardio, and you weight per day or week is a very important think to do. Once you keep track of things, you can see how much you are progressing even if you think you are failing. Progress can happen in many ways. The picture I shared as the main header shows this. You have to start to realize there are many ways to process and win small daily. It shows things like being more positive instead of negative. Only negative people want to be around negative people. They don’t enjoy being around positive people because either they don’t get it or they think you don’t care. Motivate yourself or others. Become more motivating to the people around you. You’ll notice, I love hyping people up no matter what form it is. I want you to win at life just as much as I do. Stop trying to take people down. If someone tries to take you down, kick them to the curb. Be more consistent. Drink that half gallon of water a day and take 5000 steps a day. See how much your day changes, see how much your mood changes, see what steps you can do to get more of both, and just see what results you gather. Winning small daily, leads to giant wins. For someone who wants to become more of a winner in the daily aspects, try and win small things. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you can complete a task early in the day because you can complete others. That is why majority of people tell you to workout in morning because then it is out of the way and you can’t find a way to lose the day by not going. But if that doesn’t work, set up your day so you know 6pm is your time. The gym, the food, the water, and the cardio doesn’t have to be torture.. trust me.. make it part of your life, especially when and if you can fit it in. Start small and begin to win big!
