I’m not seeing progress

This is a typical thing I get about 3 months into the process of working with a client.
Which is really funny to me that people will say that … because I have the same thought when it comes to prep.
You could be making so much progress but mentally you are just struggling to see it because you see the worst.
So what are some reasons you are making progress but telling yourself you aren’t seeing it?
You might not see it but everyone around you can see it in your face.
You might not see it but your sleep and recovery have gotten better.
You might not see it but your body is transforming and looking better.
You might not see it but your relationship with food is getting better.
You might not see it but your weight for your workouts has went up cause you’ve gotten stronger.
You might not see it but your cardio has gotten better and you aren’t as tired as you were.
You might not see it but your clothes fit better than they ever did.
So yes you might be caring only about the scale as progress or how you look in the mirror but you could be making progress everywhere else.
