“I wish I had time like you”

The amount of times I get told that is amazing.


We all have the same time.


We just find ways to move the time further away.


I take advantage of my time everyday.


You can do a lot in 5/15/30/45 mins.


You do not have to get an hour in to improve yourself.


I don’t know why the time frame or calories burned suddenly turned into the way you look at self Improvement.


You could do 25 push-ups and 25 pull ups in 5 minutes. That improves you daily.


You could do 30 mins of cardio in the morning instead of 30 min workout later.


You could meditate for 5-10 mins instead of watching Netflix.


You could go to the gym for 45 mins instead of 60 mins.


You can do a lot in 5 mins is what the picture shows.


And those are just few things you can do.

You have to start taking advantage of the time you.


Only you can change your life.

You have to stop blaming everything on every other little thing.


You can find the time and the resources. You just choose not too. You are the only person who can fix your life.


No one else is responsible for digging you out of pain or unhappiness.
