Important reminders for you! YES YOU!

It may be tough to continue this journey...


Especially in this crazy pandemic time or even when work gets back to normal. But I wanted to give you some heads up as you continue to do your best.


I also wanted to post this so you will reach out to me for help if you want it! So I can be the accountable person for you!


Some things to remember when you start to doubt everything:

  • muscle does not weigh more than fat.. a lb is a lb.. however yes it will look much different on the scale and in the mirror... judge yourself by the MIRROR!

  • Poor sleep and poor stress management are two key factors you need to focus on. They are just as important as consistency.

  • You do not to do hours of cardio... trust me.. focus on the diet and strength training.. add in cardio

  • You do not need to add greens products.. just eat them once a day if you struggle .. unless you have health conditions to manage

  • You do not have a slow metabolism... I’m not sure what that even means? No pill fixes metabolism to perfection.

  • 1000-1200 calories is not the key to success... neither is 2000 calories..get with me if you need help!

  • If you don’t recover from workouts.. you are going to have a bad time.. trust me.. why I love my Whoop app

  • Your body composition will change even if the scale didn’t... FOCUS ON THE MIRROR AND HOW YOU FEEL!

  • Staying on a diet will slowly ruin your health... enjoy the cheat meal or the refeed day or reverse diet.. you won’t gain fat like you think

  • If you want to be in a calories deficit... stop trying to eat back what you think that treadmill or app told you that your burnt.

  • Do not focus on trendy words or diets.. become consistent.. you can’t do keto 6 days a week and have a cheat day.. same with you can’t do low calories and eat everything back on a Saturday

  • Muscles can’t be built on low calories... well not exactly.. but more calories more toned muscles

  • If you are bored with the workout.. switch it, there is no perfect workout

  • If you have energy at the end of the workout for more.. do more during the workout

  • You do not to do the keto diet... especially if you are a female.. please leave it alone

  • You do not have to exercise to eat... and you do not to eat more because you exercised... it’s not a punishment or reward

  • Adding things like protein to other food or drinks does not make it better or fat burning... it means you got more protein in your diet... add it to your oatmeal

  • Lactic acid is a thing... however you are probably sore because you’ve never worked that muscle.. keep working it!
